Very good product, just wish it were a bit hotter. I would purchase again though. Very fast shipping and packed well.

This product would be better, but somehow the taste seem to have been altered. Its got a boxy taste to it, or maybe I got an outdated item. I am still trying to figure out why, or what had gone wrong with the sardines. They taste different than the ones I use to love to eat.
Big fish, and lots of not so spicy sauce March 11, 2010 C. Weaver (Franklin, TN USA) The fish are quite big, about 3 in the can.
The vertebrae are big enough to pop when you bite into them, a little unpleasant...
Lots of thin sauce, which is not very spicy.
I was hoping for a tin that was ready to eat, but for me these need some more prep work, cleaning the spine out and adding more sauce.
Disgusting... March 4, 2010 BargainGal (USA) The sardine are hard and dry and have an off, metallic taste to them. The sauce is nice, but not what's swimming in them. The sardines don't fill the can, and really are unpleasant. These also contain MSG, maltodextrin, and xanthan gum which isn't mentioned in the ingredient list which of course is incorrect. I saw a brand name and really expected better quality than these. Avoid!!!
Hot, but not March 20, 2010 Geneva C. Bruckart (New Cumberland, PA United States) Since Amazon doesn't carry the hot and spicy sardines I love, I thought I would try these. For whatever reason, this product has a very metallic taste. All but the first can are still in my pantry. They will probably end up in the next neighborhood food drive...
