Right consistency, Excelent product overall. Tasty, but you have to be a fish lover. Much better quality and consistency than the salmon jerky. I just ordered more.

This product was delivered as promised and quite tasty. Not too fishy, as some types of fish jerky can be.

4 out of 5 stars Healthy Jerk   April 10, 2008

If you're anything like me and you love jerky, but are reluctant (from a cholesterol perspective) to go to town on a pound of beef jerky, this ahi tuna jerky does the trick. seasoned well, and much more healthy (unless you're freaked out about mercury as well in which case you should you should throw in the towel and go vegan) then this is great. Only complaint is how expensive it is by the ounce and some of the pieces are really, REALLY hard. All in all delish and nutrish.

4 out of 5 stars Ahi better than most   March 8, 2007

Good texture, good taste on the Ahi tuna. Almost as good as beef jerky.

Avoid the salmon jerky. Most of the strips were hard and brittle. Some were so tough they were barely edible...more fit for my dog. Also the salmon was too spicy.
